Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.

Non-refundable items: Digital products, NFTs, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping timelines vary by destination:

Canada: 5–10 business days
USA: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

AAOZMEDIA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

NFT & Digital Asset Policy

All NFT and digital asset sales are final. By purchasing a digital asset, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the asset for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated. Resale rights vary by collection — refer to individual listing details.
